"Pretty good so far, though I’m still watching it"
I’ve mostly been using Qustodio for the web filter, and so far it’s been accurate. It blocks the kind of stuff I’d expect it to without randomly stopping every normal site my kid needs for school. I did have to tweak a couple things at the beginning, and I’m still not 100% sure how it’ll hold up long term, but for now it’s been working well and definitely gives me less checking to do.

"Does the job, but it’s kinda clunky"
I mostly use Qustodio for the parent dashboard, it handles the basics fine. I can check screen time and apps without too much hassle, but sometimes the damn thing takes forever to update. A few settings are also in weird spots, which is just annoying and kind of dumb. The reports are helpful, but clicking around can feel messy as hell. Overall, it’s not bad, it just needs to be smoother...

"Helpful, but a little frustrating sometimes"
Qustodio mostly does what I need it to do, i do feel better having it on my kid’s phone. But then there are days where I get annoyed because the phone seems to run slower, and the battery definitely drains faster than it used to. It’s not a dealbreaker or anything, and I’d still say it’s useful, but for everyday use it can be kind of frustrating

"Easy to understand, even if a little late sometimes"
I was relieved after trying it because the reports are clear enough to actually make sense of without a lot of digging. They do come in a bit late sometimes, which can be annoying, but overall they’ve been helpful and easy to follow

"Good privacy controls, but I felt uneasy after paying"
The privacy settings are solid and easy enough to adjust, which I appreciated. But after I paid, I started feeling a little unsure about what exactly they were doing with my data. I wish they explained their data use more clearly upfront, because it made me trust the service less than I expected.

"A bit disappointing, honestly"
I waited several days to hear back, and when I finally got a response, it was underwhelming. I appreciate that they did reply eventually, but it didn’t really address much or feel very helpful

"I got Qustodio set up on…"
I got Qustodio set up on my kid’s phone in maybe 10 minutes, which surprised me. I’m not super techy, so I was expecting it to be a bit of a pain, but it wasn’t no huge hassle. The steps were clear enough, and I didn’t have to mess around much. So far, it’s been simple to use too.

"Works fine, for the most part"
It works mostly fine, but I do feel like a couple of things could’ve been a bit better thought out. I’m not saying it’s bad, just that I expected it to be a little smoother overall

"Not really worth it for me"
I wanted to like it, but it just doesn’t feel worth the monthly cost for me, haha. It might work better for someone else, but I don’t think I’ll keep paying for it
"limits kept failing"
the limits failed every single day i tried using it. it got frustrating because i expected it to just work without having to keep checking or dealing with the same issue over and over

"Qustodio works fine most days and…"
Qustodio works fine most days and setup was easy, but my kid still managed to find ways around it a couple of times. I do wish the tamper resistance was stronger. It’s not bad, but not amazing either

"Works well so far"
It’s been tracking my kids’ location the way it should. No random jumps or weird spots showing up yet, so whoever runs this actually seems to have it working right for now.

"Works Okay, but iPad Setup Was a Headache"
It works fine on my kid’s Android phone and Windows laptop, so I wasn’t expecting any drama. But setting it up on the iPad ended up being way more annoying than it should’ve been, and a few features don’t work the same there. It’s not a bad app overall, just kind of uneven and more stressful than I expected.

"Canceled on a whim, but it took a bit"
I tried qustodio for a little while and quickly realized it just wasn’t the right fit for us. I canceled kind of on impulse once I made up my mind, but the process had more clicks than I expected, which was a little annoying. I also had to reach out to support about the refund. To be fair, they did get it handled in the end, it just wasn’t exactly quick. Not a terrible experience, but I do wish canceling and refunds were simpler.

"Decent for basics, but not enough for me"
I tried Qustodio hoping it would give me solid control over screen time and app use, and it does handle the basics like blocking and time limits well. But after using it for a while, it started to feel a bit unfinished. Some of the reports were too basic for what I wanted, and a few settings didn’t work quite the way I expected. I also wish the app controls were more detailed and easier to customize. For the price, I expected a more complete experience. My final take is that it’s fine if you only need simple parental controls, but I wouldn’t choose it again if you want more control and better activity details.

"I’ve tried a handful of parental control..."
I’ve tried a handful of parental control apps, and I swear my son always figures out some loophole, like turning things off or jumping to a different browser. With Qustodio, though, it’s been a lot harder for him to get around it. It still blocks things when he tries those little tricks, and I actually get notified, which makes me feel like I’m not totally missing everything. I’m not saying it’s flawless 100% of the time, but compared to what we were using before, it’s been way better. Am I the only one who feels relieved when this stuff actually works?

"Works, but the child app feels clunky"
I’ve been using Qustodio on my kid’s phone, and the child app has been frustrating. It pops up at random times, and every now and then it blocks apps that I’ve already allowed. My son also says his phone feels slower with it installed, and I’ve seen it freeze a couple of times myself. The request feature is hit or miss too, sometimes the requests just don’t come through right away. Compared to a couple of other parental control apps I’ve tried, Qustodio does block some things well, but the actual child app feels a lot less smooth and more annoying to deal with. It’s not useless, but it definitely needs some fixing

"Blocked apps still get through sometimes"
I’ve noticed that some apps I’ve blocked can still open every now and then. It doesn’t happen constantly, but it’s frustrating when I’m expecting them to stay blocked, if that makes sense...

"Overall, it’s been easy to…"
Overall, it’s been easy to use, and I like that the main features are straightforward without needing much setup. The layout feels clean, and once I found the right menus, changing things like preferences and basic settings was simple. A few options are a little tucked away, so it took me a minute to figure out where everything was, but nothing too frustrating.

"Helpful, but not always on time"
The notifications are helpful overall, but they just don’t always come through when I need them to. Sometimes they show up late or miss things on my kid’s phone, which can be frustrating.
